KaizApp® makes the searching and sharing of best practices easy. Whenever a new Kaizen is captured, similar Kaizens are automatically highlighted to the user; whether active or already completed. Account-wide searches can be conducted at any time using keywords to recommend active and completed Kaizens. In addition, KaizApp® facilitates the habit of frequent sharing of best practice between teams and locations. There is little need to prepare in advance of such inter-team / site sharing sessions, as the relevant summary information is always available in real-time. Such sessions have proven supportive of sustaining both improvement and motivation through healthy competition. (Without KaizApp®, these sharing sessions rarely happen due to the preparation effort involved).
